Immersion for yoga teachers - Peak Pose Sequencing

This immersion is for you when you want to:

• mprove your teaching skills in vinyasa classes that lead towards a peak pose

• create and teach sequences that align and prepare the body and mind of your participants for a peak pose or a set of peak poses

• use the right alignment cues to get the most value out of the pose.

What are the prerequisites: a 200h yoga teacher training and teaching experience. Note: in case you just finished your YTT and haven’t had the chance to teach yet, send us an Email and we will set up a personal conversation.
