Immersion for yoga teachers - ADJUSTMENT

This immersion is for you when you want to:

• add adjustment skills to your vinyasa teaching

• use adjustments to support your participants in challenging poses

• use adjustment techniques in static pose like stretches and shavasana

What are the prerequisites: a 200h yoga teacher training and teaching experience. Note: in case you just finished your YTT and haven’t had the chance to teach yet, send us an Email and we will set up a personal conversation.
